2. Data collection on our website

This website uses Google Analytics for web analysis. This is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), a company incorporated and operated under the laws of Ireland (registration number: 368047) with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies". The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on its computers. It cannot be ruled out that data processing may take place outside the scope of EU law. Google has joined the Privacy Shield so that Google guarantees compliance with EU data protection standards.

Outsourced data processing
We have entered into an agreement with Google for the outsourcing of our data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

2.4 SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
To use Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of making our website appealing and to facilitate the location of places specified by us on the website. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.

2.6 Contact form
Should you send us questions via the contact form, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.
We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
3. Data Processing on our website
In accordance with Article 13 and Article 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are obligated to inform you about the processing of your personal data:
We process the following data, provided by you, for the purpose of fulfilling contracts and on the basis of our legitimate interest in customer retention, direct marketing and generating business:
Name, address, company, telephone/fax numbers, email address, information about subscribing to the newsletter, if applicable, additional information about the department, position and administrative office or supervisor.
We save the personal data required to fulfill the contract for the duration of the entire business relationship and beyond that in accordance with the statutory retention, documentation and reporting requirements. In addition, we have defined and documented deletion deadlines for all processes beyond that. This data shall be immediately deleted after it is no longer required for the intended purpose and the statutory retention period has expired.
3.1 Legal basis of the processing
We process data solely on the basis of legally-compliant statutory bases such as Article 6 of the GDPR:
• Article 6 DSGVO (1) a) The affected party has provided his/her consent for his/her personal data to be processed for one or more specific purposes
• Article 6 DSGVO (1) b) the processing of the data is required to fulfill a contract to which the affected person is party or to execute precontractual measures upon request of the affected person
• Article 6 DSGVO (1) c) the processing of the data is required to fulfill legal obligations to which the responsible party is subject
• Article 6 DSGVO (1) f) the processing of the data is required to preserve the legitimate interests of the responsible party or a third party. To preserve the legitimate interests of the responsible party, we use the data in accordance with Recital 47 of the GDPR.
3.2 Origin of the data:
We have received this data either directly from you, your company or a public source, e.g. company register, your website, the telephone book, representatives, etc.
All employees at our company who support our customers and/or suppliers or provide support for our software have access to this data. Parts of our data processing systems and our electronic communications systems are manged by our external cooperation partners for support and maintenance purposes. Contracts in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR have been concluded with these parties.
If required for the cooperation with your or your company, the data can be viewed by authorized personnel at our subsidiaries or international representatives.
If our international representatives or subsidiaries are in a third country, contracts have been concluded in accordance with EU standard contractual clauses; for the USA, if applicable, the Privacy Shield or the EU ruling on adequacy apply
In addition, your name and address (and, if necessary, your telephone numbers) will be transmitted to the transport company UTSCH commissions to transport the goods you have ordered.
4. Your rights
