We would like to inform you that our company will be changing its legal form at the turn of the year. Erich Utsch AG will become Erich Utsch GmbH.

This step has been carefully prepared and serves the further strategic development of our company.

For our business partners, customers, and suppliers, the change in legal form will not result in any changes to existing contracts, agreements, or business relationships. 

All previous obligations and rights will of course remain in place.
